Delivery & Returns

For all stocked items, orders will be sent within 3-5 working days from placing an order. Please check the delivery info on the product page for more details.

For Limited Edition Prints, the lead time is 7-14 days as we order from our fine art printer on demand. 

 

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland Rates

UK Mainland orders under £50.00, Standard UK Delivery is £3.95.

UK Mainland orders between £50.00-£120.00, Standard UK Delivery is £6.95.

UK Mainland orders over £120.00, Standard UK Delivery is *£12.00 

*Depending on the fragility of the item, we may have to contact you before dispatching original artwork

Standard UK Delivery by Royal Mail usually takes 2-3 days from dispatch.

 

Standard Delivery to ​USA, Canada and Australia is £29.95

For delivery to international countries, it can take between 3-17 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

 

For delivery to anywhere else, please drop us an email at shop@emmelinewebb.com and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote before making your order.

 

International Customers

​Please note that International deliveries may incur further postage costs based on the final weight and size of orders. We will therefore get in touch prior to your order being dispatched if further postage costs are required.

Please note your order may incur additional customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. 

All our items are made with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at shop@emmelinewebb.com so we can confirm the return address with you as soon as possible. Items must be returned to us in their original condition, within 14 days.

We will then issue you with a credit note to the value of the items you are returning at the time you purchased them, or offer you an exchange.

We cannot offer refunds.

Credit notes will only be issued providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any returned item that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted.

Cancellations

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
