Delivery & Returns

For all stocked items, orders will be sent within 3-5 working days from placing an order. Please check the delivery info on the product page for more details.

For Limited Edition Prints, the lead time is 7-14 days as we order from our fine art printer on demand. 

Original Artwork made to order will of course take longer - I will discuss this with you on your instruction. 

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland Rates

UK Mainland orders under £50.00, Standard UK Delivery is £3.95.

UK Mainland orders between £50.00-£120.00, Standard UK Delivery is £6.95.

UK Mainland orders over £120.00, Standard UK Delivery is *£12.00 

*Depending on the fragility of the item, I may have to contact you before dispatching original artwork

Standard UK Delivery by Royal Mail usually takes 2-3 days from dispatch.

 

Standard Delivery to ​USA, Canada and Australia is £29.95

For delivery to international countries, it can take between 3-17 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

 

For delivery to anywhere else, please drop us an email at shop@emmelinewebb.com and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote before making your order.

 

International Customers

​Please note that International deliveries may incur further postage costs based on the final weight and size of orders. We will therefore get in touch prior to your order being dispatched if further postage costs are required.

Please note your order may incur additional customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. 

All my items are made with great care and I hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me at shop@emmelinewebb.com so I can confirm the return address with you as soon as possible. Items must be returned in their original condition, within 14 days.

I will then issue you with a full refund or credit note to the value of the items, or offer you an exchange.

Return shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any returned item that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted.

Cancellations

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
