My order is a gift, please can you remove the prices?
Yes - we definitely can!
We absolutely love gifting so if your order is a gift, please just let us know by dropping us an email to email@example.com with your order number, the recipients name and gift message. We will gift wrap with care, and add a hand-written personalised gift note for FREE, as well as removing all the price information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 5-7 days of the order being placed. Non-UK orders usually take up to 14 days.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected times listed above, please check with your local mail office in first instance, the parcel may be waiting there.
If your order is not with the local mail office either, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order number and we will do our very best to help.
Are your workshops suitable for beginners?
Yes - all the workshops are suitable for beginners. The workshops are held in small groups, this gives Emmeline time to help each individual person in the class and tailor advice to suit you.
Are your workshops suitable for children?
No - our workshops are suitable for teens and adults, but not younger children.
Are all workshop materials provided?
Yes - all materials for the class will always be provided. We will always state this in the workshop description.
How do I book on to a workshop?
Workshops are available to purchase online through our online shop. Workshops are currently held at the end of each month. Workshop dates usually go live on our website approximately 6 weeks before the workshop is to be held. (For example: March workshop dates, would go live on our website mid-January, April workshop dates would go live on our website mid-February, and so on).
If you would like to be first to hear about workshops, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage. A perk of being a subscriber is you will always hear first!
Emmeline will then contact you via email after booking to confirm all the information and answer any further queries you may have ahead of your workshop.
Can I book my own private workshop?
Yes! - If you have a group of 4 people, we can accommodate a private workshop for you, your friends and family. Please email email@example.com and we can discuss available dates and workshop programmes with you.
Where are the workshops located?
Our 'in real life' workshops are hosted by Emmeline in her Hitchin studio.

We have plans to expand our workshops to an online audience, if you would like to know more about this, please sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage. to register your interest.
Do you take commissions?

Are your products machine washable?
Yes, all cushion covers and tea towels are machine washable. We would always recommend hand washing.
The cushion covers are made from faux suede and are machine washable at 30 degrees. The tea towels are 100% cotton and are machine washable at 40 degrees.
