*NEW* Springtime Joy - Walks Series

This recent collection of landscape paintings were inspired by my walks in the Devonshire countryside. Being at one with nature is very much an integral part to my art life. Whether I'm up close sketching plants and flowers or walking in the countryside listening to birdsong, its all a part of what inspires my landscape paintings, capturing the feel of the landscape in my own unique way.

Painted using mixed media techniques but mainly in acrylic, finished in oils on a chunky boxed canvas. This canvas is 8cm deep and is painted on all 4 sides, so it's able to stand alone without the need for hanging. Making for a more 3D and sculptural feel to the artwork too. Signed and varnished in artist quality satin to protect it from direct sunlight. All ready to hang and display.
