Swim Spot - Dartmoor Walks

This series of paintings mark a change in working methods, on canvas boards and painted in both acrylic & oils. I describe them as 'an emotional response to the landscape', focusing on colour, shapes, form and emotion. Each one is created over a period of days by layering different colours, textures and effects over one an other. Worked in the studio from memories of my walks. Available to view in person at The Mill End Hotel, Dartmoor.

The original painting is 30cm x 25cm and professionally framed, with a taupe painted frame and off white backing board, finished size is 40cm x 35cm.
