The Birds & The Trees Fully Fledged I

Mixed media on canvas. Botanical themes, nature and birds are where I have drawn inspiration from for this painting, along with it’s companions in the collection.

I wanted to produce a collection that could sit easily in either a child’s or adult’s space. Playful colours and motifs are used to create a whimsical narrative of the birds in the trees. These paintings are the starting point for two new wallpaper designs, lampshades and textiles.
